Tennessee Delta Force Mission Statement
The mission of Tennessee Delta Force Football is to teach Tri-Cities youth tackle football players to be LEADERS, paying the price with sweat and sacrifice. To be good SPORTSMEN, showing SPIRIT and COURAGE while taking advice and constructive criticism, and being HUMBLE on and off the field in both victory and defeat. To be a COMPETITOR, having a desire to win, and never giving up by getting up one more time. To have FUN, win, lose, or draw. To be AGGRESSIVE, hitting first, hitting harder, and always hustling. To be DEDICATED, making every practice count by WORKING HARD, studying plays, and following team rules. To be LOYAL, respecting the organization, teammates and parents, and remembering there is no “I” in team.

Youth Sports Success Paradigm
1ST: THE PLAYER
must have the heart, desire and at some point genetics plays a part.
2ND: THE PARENTS
must support the player from a proactive and positive position.
3RD: THE COACHES
must deliver quality coaching in a positive and fun environment.
The success of a youth athlete is driven by these influences in this order.

Tennessee Delta Force
Message Behind the Name
Tennessee was chosen as community agnostic and widely accepted as the state team with a history of a winning tradition. The modified color combination of orange and black is explosive, easy to read from the stands and was a massive hit with Tennessee fans on Halloween. Again, the University of Tennessee is widely accepted and admired by youth and adults.
Delta meaning “difference”, “change” and to a more subtle tone “elite”.
All three words are marketable to players and parents alike. The Program definitely representing all three phrases.
Force meaning how mass is affected by acceleration, the concept of push and pull and the connotation back to the military. Not to mention, Force is a huge factor in each snap of football.
The modified Power T and Delta symbol combined is a burner easily rolled out in our marketing plan with a critical mass penetration point influencing the market within the first week of The Program launch.
The connotation toward the military is only one piece of many pieces of the strategy, but a widely valued one in light of the markets fondness of the military not to mention the kid’s huge admiration for all things military. After all, many youth games are now modeled after the military. The approach is from a distinct tribute to the military.
Clinics/Camps could include:
Delta Force Boot Camp (Speed, Strength and Agility)
Delta Force Air Raid (QBs and Receivers),
Delta Ground Force (Lineman)
Delta Force Mobilization (Tailbacks and Defensive Backs)
Apparel could include:
Jerseys, T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Caps etc. showcasing the team colors black and orange. Desert Camo. Again a huge appeal to the players and new to the youth football space could be infused. There is also a plan to roll out a “Pink Exclusive” product line for moms and sisters.
Tennessee Delta Force has a huge bandwidth and flows from a team name with meaning to Clinics/Camps, Apparel and a distinct marketing plan wrapped within it.
