"TN Delta Force Youth Football has been built from a group of people working toward a common vision that have the ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. As a father I want to give my son the best resources that I can offer him on and off the field and TN Delta Force is exactly that. They motivate, train, care, and make our kids winners by bringing the best resources our area has to offer.  This is the start of something extraordinary."

“The overwhelming reason I have agreed to be part of the advisory board is that I see the long term benefit to all of those who will be touched by this program.  By focusing not only on football but also on teaching how to act responsibly and encouraging them to get involved in helping others, we hope these boys  will influence their peers in a positive manner now and become active members of their communities as they become adults."

"We are excited to partner up with the TN Delta Force and help give the young athletes an opportunity to reach their athletic potential.  Many kids have been coached to play their sport but an essential ingredient to success is teaching the kids to move correctly.  The athletes are very fortunate to have all these resources in front of them as well as respected leaders in thier field of expertise.  Not only will they become better players, they will learn how to become better individuals and teamates."

Scott Held, MedFit

Dr. Eric Parks, Watauga Orthopaedics

"The Tennessee Delta Force brings players together from several communities in a competitive environment, bringing out the best in each child.  Proper techniques and fundamentals are taught, but stress is also placed on developing quality characteristics used outside of the football field."

Jeremy Osborne, Former Sullivan South HS Football RB/ Furman Safety

“One of the goals of the Tennessee Delta Force is to tap the good will and expertise of position specific coaches from our region to help the kids develop solid fundamentals from an early age. If a program like TDF would have been in existence, I would have certainly engaged my sons to maximize football potential utilizing this resource based model”

Dr. Jim Phillips, Father of Clint and Curt Phillips

"The clinics that we have attended have been well organized and fun for the kids.  Med-Fit came out and taught proper exercises for speed, agility and sport specific skills.  Dobyns Bennett and Sullivan South opened up their football facilities while current players and coaches gave their time to get the kids excited about playing at the high school level.  The instructors involved with TN Delta Force clinics seem to have extensive football knowledge and offer position specific training.  We are looking forward to the Science Hill clinic and future opportunities!"

Mark McCrary, Dad

Mark,

I love what you're doing with the kids and wish you lots of luck!  SIS is proud to be supportive of any activity that helps keep kids active and involved, thereby reducing their opportunity to make bad decisions.  Guys like yourself and BJ should be very proud for leading a new generation of young men that will make our communities much stronger in the future.

Mark,
Our family would like to take an opportunity to thank you and your vision.  Our son has so enjoyed this opportunity and we are very thankful that you had the vision and the courage to pursue such a vision.  If there is anything at all that we can do to help we are willing.  The coaches and all of those helping have been phenomenal and although we know there is more growth to come we are honored that we are getting to be a part of such a wonderful group of coaches and players and I am humbled by all that my son is learning with all of you... so Thank you from the Hoopers :-)

PLEASE FORWARD TO ALL TN DELTA FORCE COACHES

I know many people are working hard to make the TN Delta Force football program a success.  However, I would like to pass on a special thank you to all the coaches.  I know you put in many hours preparing for practice, evaluating players, developing offensive plays, developing defensive schemes, watching video of the games, preparing for the next opponent, attending practices and games, communicating via email and phone, answering parent questions, and much more.  Many of the coaches must also deal with their own kids before, during, and after practices and games.  I know being a coach for a youth program is not an easy one.  I really appreciate your commitment, dedication, and effort no matter whether we win, lose, or tie.  Remember, you are not just helping boys play better football, you are helping them to develop into young men that their Mother and Father will be proud of.

Thank you again, and God Bless You!

Wayne M. Pollack
